R Kelly Charged with 10 Counts of Sexual Abuse

“Surviving R. Kelly” has really brought attention to R. Kelly and his sexual behavior. Numerous women have accused Kelly, 52, of sexual abuse over the past 20 years but he has only appeared before a judge once.

UPDATE: 5:30 PM R. Kelly just surrendered to police in Chicago … turning himself in after being charged with sexual abuse of 4 girls, at least 3 of whom were minors.

UPDATE: 4:00 PM Kellz facing 70 years behind bars if found guilty of charges of sexual abuse.

Yesterday, an alleged victim of R. Kelly aka groupie who slept with the R&B singer when she was 16-years-old jumped on the bandwagon claiming abuse. Our problem with that is the moment she said “yes I want to go to his hotel room” she consented to sex.

If you go to a man’s hotel room you know damn well it’s not to talk and get a signed autograph. You can do that at the concert backstage. Anything past that is consent no matter your knowledge. Where Kells is wrong is that she was 16 at the time (34 years ago). Read on to get all the tea on R Kelly charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse…

R Kelly Charged with 10 Counts of Sexual AbuseCelebNMusic247.com reports that new charges against R. Kelly, filed in Cook County, include nine counts that specify the victim was between 13 and 15, according to CBS Chicago.

R. Kelly could appear in court as early as 8 March.

Multiple women have accused R. Kelly of violent and controlling behavior, including allegations he had sex with girls as young as 14 and brainwashed young women in what their parents described as a “cult”, according to The Guardian.

Our Views of R. Kelly accuser Latresa Scaff:

On Thursday, two additional women came forward to accuse Kelly of sexual abuse. The Baltimore, Maryland groupies Latresa Scaff and Rochelle Washington are the ones we previously spoke of. The problem we are having with the alleged sex crimes is Latresa Scaff did what R. Kelly asked while Rochelle Washington chose to say “NO” and hide in a bathroom. The girls both had a choice and one said “OK” and the other on said “No way.” Scaff is also claiming that she was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, and that is why she couldn’t say no. We’re NOT believing this because Washington was also under the influence of alcohol and marijuana and she said “NO.” After the smash, Kelly bounced and went on with his life, because all she was to him was a groupie wanting the D. Be real people, this is nothing you haven’t heard a man do before. Scaff just needs to admit that she wanted to have sex with him at 16. STOP LYING! This is the case, we would say with 90% of the women, but they all want to claim sexual abuse.

They all have the option to say “NO” but they all choose to sleep with Kelly because of his fame.

Let’s be real. Scratch it as it is, they wanted to sleep with an R&B singer, and now they’re trying to say he abused them. #SMH. We support the #MeToo movement, but it just seems too many women who slept with R. Kelly because they wanted too, are now trying to spin their story for a money grab. Bottom line.

Kelly has previously denied wrongdoing. He recorded a song last year professing his innocence, singing: “I’m so falsely accused.”

We will see how this plays out, as for the latest “so-called” victims, we are NOT believing a word of their story and Gloria Allred should be able to see this was groupies wanting sex and nothing more.
