Prosecutors: Keep Tekashi 6ix9ine Child Sex Case Out of Gang Trial

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that prosecutors main concern is to keep Tekashi 6ix9ine image looking innocent, so jurors don’t hear about his conviction for posting child porn.

They want Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s gang trial to look like he was just an innocent victim in all of this. SMH

Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, was 18 years old at the time of the incident. The girl was just 13.

As for the ruling, Engelmeyer has yet to rule on the request, which was filed Friday.

Tekashi69 will be facing a judge for gang-related violence charges which he pleaded guilty and agreed to sing to the feds. He has become the biggest SNITCH in hip hop history and has implicated many Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members including Mack and Ellison who were accused of robbing the “Gummo” rapper.

Recently they said the whole thing was a PR stunt to sell 69’s music and give him street cred.

Here is what we’ve learned via PageSix:

In a filing addressed to Manhattan federal court judge Paul Engelmeyer, prosecutors ask the judge to bar defense attorneys from bringing up the skeevy conduct during the looming trial of Tekashi’s associates, Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, saying the conviction is “totally irrelevant” to the rainbow-maned rapper’s involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

The letter reads, referring to the rapper as “CW-2”:

The government respectfully requests that defense counsel be precluded from cross-examining CW-2 regarding: (1) an October 21, 2015 conviction in New York County Supreme Court of Use of a Child Less than 17 Years of Age in a Sexual Performance.

The document reads:

In or about February 2015, CW-2 was with two other individuals in an apartment, when an underage girl arrived. The girl performed sex acts on the two other individuals. The acts were filmed while CW-2 could be seen grabbing the girl, fondling her breasts and buttocks. The videos were subsequently uploaded to social media.
