Producer Metro Boomin Subliminally CALLS OUT Young Thug

Producer Metro Boomin Subliminally CALLS OUT Young Thug!!!

If you haven’t been paying attention to Thugger’s style Producer Metro Boomin Subliminally CALLS OUT Young Thug and questioned rappers who try to be like Future.

CelebNMusic247.com has this report after Metro Boomin made a series of posts on Twitter yesterday (November 9), confronting rappers who he says, copied Future’s music formula.

Here are the details:

Future released four projects in the span of a year with the Monster, 56 Nights and Beast Mode mixtapes and his Dirty Sprite 2 album.

The producer writes:

“Everyday I wake up, new mixtapes are falling out of the sky…I think we all know where the trend came from lol”

Metro Boomin explains that he wishes artists would focus more on the quality of the music and should not expect the same success as Atlanta rapper Future, because what worked for him doesn’t mean its gonna work for others [Young Thug].

Even though Metro Boomin does not name a specific rapper, Young Thug took offense to the comments – read the tweets and then read Thuggers response #guiltymuch:

Thugger responds to Metro Boomin saying:

Young Thug then addresses Future, whom he calls Tito Jackson, Michael Jackson’s brother and member of the Jackson 5 who saw lesser success than the “Billie Jean” singer, writing:

In case you didn’t know, Young Thug has released two installments of his Slime Season mixtape series and The Barter 6 this year. He is also preparing a mixtape with Migos and his Hy!£UN35 album.

Despite these comments, Young Thug tries to justify his copy cat stylings saying that it’s ok to copy Future. CelebNMusic247.com feels that Young Thug missed the point all together.

Metro Boomin was hoping Thug would have his own original [authentic] sound and not be a rapper who rides another rapper d-ck, hence Future. – But that says a lot about Thugs talent as a rapper.

We agree with Metro Boomin about rappers NEEDING to be authentic and not like a knock off!
