Read on to see why Paul Stanley is calling Marilyn Manson “pathetic”…
Charles Manson finally died at the age of 83 while serving his 9 life sentences behind bars. Many people in Hollywood have been celebrating that the murderous cult leader died on Sunday (Nov. 19).
Meanwhile, Marilyn Manson took an opportunity to get some attention by doing a cover of Charles Manson song “Sick City.”
The Kiss co-founder Paul Stanley tweeted yesterday (Nov. 20) is disgust with Marilyn for being so “desperate” to get attention it’s “pathetic.”
“Pathetic when somebody who’s career never really took off is desperate enough to try for publicity by connecting himself to the news of a murdering scumbag’s death. @RollingStone @UltClassicRock https://twitter.com/kroq/status/932658161177128960 …”
The song is done in bad taste no matter how you look at it. What Marilyn doesn’t seem to get is that he’s glorifying the murderous cult leader for what he did back in 1969. Let’s not forget he murdered Sharon Tate who was pregnant with child. It’s one of Hollywood’s most infamous crimes. And yes it spawned plenty of music and stories in entertainment.
Do you agree with Paul Stanley? What do you think about Marilyn’s cover?
