Salute to The Dirty Boyz

(CelebNMusic247) Salute to The Dirty Boyz

The Pimp and Da Gangsta,  One of the hottest duos ever to emerge from the south, the group Dirty has a history deeper than the deepest reaches of the Alabama River.
Hailing from a city and state, not normally known for producing rap music, Montgomery, Alabama, the artists known as The Pimp and Da Gangsta are at the center of the current southern rap revolution.
Much like another well-known Montgomery resident, Rosa Parks, Dirty may be from the streets, but they are about the revolution. Musically, mentally and structurally. At face value you might just see the pictures their names paint, a pimp and a gangster. But dig deeper into their catalog, now eight albums deep, and you’ll see that they are so much more.
Just as Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on that Montgomery bus in 1955, amidst an era of terror and injustice like our generation has never seen, Dirty has never been afraid to stand their ground. They’re not afraid to take rap music back to the revolution and they aren’t afraid to bring the street shit that everybody loves.

(CelebNMusic247) Alicia Etheredge Hospitalized For Seizure

Bobby Brown’s wife, Alicia Etheredge, was rushed to the hospital last night after she began suffering from a seizure.
According toGossip Extra, Alicia was in Orlando with Bobby Brown, as New Edition had a concert. While at the Gaylord Palms Resort, she suffered a seizure and was rushed to a nearby hospital.
While Bobby was in the middle of a sound check, an eyewitness told Lambiet that Brown’s wife of three months wasn’t well.
The witness said.

“My understanding is that Alicia was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.”

“They were just doing the sound check with guys from New Edition and Bobby just took off.”

Brown, whose famously rocky first marriage to deceased pop star Whitney Houston fueled gossip rags through the 1990s, left drug rehab before completion of his program this week and high-tailed it Orlando for the gig.

Brown is celebrating New Edition’s 30th anniversary with a concert in a festival organized by Los Angeles radio personality Tom Joyner.

The 10th Annual Tom Joyner Family Reunion also features concerts by KEM, Kenny Lattimore, Tye Tribbett, Dottie Peoples, Lenny Williams, Diggy Simmons, OMG Girlz, Angie Stone, Tamia as well as Tamela and David Mann.

No additional information about Alicia’s alleged condition has been released.

Arioose And Wyclef Talk Business At Stadium Red Studio

(CelebNMusic247) Arioose And Wyclef Talk Business At Stadium Red Studio

Arioose, a New Jersey Haitian hip-hop artist ran into Wyclef at Stadium Red in Harlem while working on his first mix tape – The Last Zoe.

Arioose was accompanied by one of his business advisors and mentors – former investment banker, entrepreneur, and founder of EggFusion Bradley Parker.

Parker developed EggFusion – a revolutionary technology that Parker invented and patented which allowed him to laser print advertising and fresh dates on eggs.  Parker was the first of his kind to develop such a technology and one of first clients was CBS.  CBS used Eggfusion technology to advertise its shows and programs directly on eggs that would be visible to consumers everyday they opened the refrigerator.  Talk about in your face advertising.

Parker has been featured in Fox news, CBS and US World and News Reports as well as other networks.  As part of Arioose’s team, Parker continues to advise Arioose on business and entrepreneurial ventures as well as opening his network and resources to guide and help Arioose as an up and coming independent artist who has an insatiable thirst to learn about business and what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. Parker has also introduced Arioose to Epic Records and the legendary John Rifkind, who was co-founder of Loud Records and managed artists including the Wu-Tang Clan.

When asked about his relationship with Parker, Arioose replied,

“I am blessed to have an a business man like Parker take an interest in me…coming from the hood without a college or business degree, I like to learn all angles of business from people who got it done.   Parker was able to raise millions of dollars for a technology that started as an idea off his couch, that he invented, patented and commercialized….now that’s genius and hard work!”

Reflecting about his life since his incarceration, Arioose learned at a young age that the key to success is the application of information. When asked what that quote meant to him.
