Get the latest details and developments in the case of Empire star Jussie Smollett, whose story just had a wrench thrown in the mix. New evidence proves that police were wrong about some of the details involving the Osundairo Brothers. Read on about the Osundairo Brothers Innocent

CelebNMuic247.com reports during a press conference held on Thursday, Chicago PD announced that Ola and Abel Osundairo had nothing to do with the alleged fake hate crime attack.

With the discovery that the Osundairo Brothers Innocent, Jussie Smollett became suspect no. 1.

TMZ reports:

The brothers, Ola and Abel Osundairo, made a deal with Jussie to train him for 5 weeks so he could get in shape for an upcoming music video.

It was revealed that Jussie told Ola that he wanted abs like his. Both Abel and Ola agreed to train Jussie, and also give him a 5-week nutrition plan.

Sources also say Jussie told the brothers he would pay them for their services, but no specific amount was discussed.

Ironically, a few days before the “attack,” Jussie wrote the brothers a check for $3,500. The memo line read, “5 weeks training nutrition plan.” It has now been officialized that Ola and Abel told the grand jury they were paid for the 5-week program and not for the “attack.”

While Jussie has yet to comment since turning himself into police, on Friday FOX announced that Smollett’s character, ‘Jamal‘ would not appear on the season Finale of ‘Empire’.

FOX released a statement:

The events of the past few weeks have been incredibly emotional for all of us…Jussie has been an important member of our EMPIRE family for the past five years and we care about him deeply. While these allegations are very disturbing, we are placing our trust in the legal system as the process plays out. We are also aware of the effects of this process on the cast and crew members who work on our show and to avoid further disruption on set, we have decided to remove the role of ‘Jamal’ from the final two episodes of the season.
