Despite the recent leaked episodes of Starz Power, Michael Rainey Jr, who plays Tariq, speaks on working with Omari Hardwick, who says is like his father on and off screen. He says that working with 50 Cent is cool.

He said that Fiddy is a clown. He and Jackson talks about music and making beats. Michael speaks on getting his start in commercials and Sesame Street. You may not know, he has stacked his accomplishments Barbershop: The Next Cut, Lee Daniels’ The Butler, LUV and more. He has more to come with two more projects Amateur, and #211.

Michael says that he’s in producer mode these days. Famous Dex was supposed to be a part of the XXL Freshman class, but he got cut. It doesn’t matter because Famous Dex is a rapper to watch.

In Fact, If you didn’t know Rainey (Tariq on Power) has already has 2000 beats and received over 2 million hits on social media for his skills. Michael’s first beat was used for rapper Famous Dex for his song “Big Blue.”
