Read on to learn the fate of Meek Mill bail and his new home, prison…
Here is the latest development regarding rapper Meek Mill bail, and still locked up behind bars.
New docs reveal that Judge Genece Brinkley says Meek is a “flight risk” and “a danger to the community.”
The judge has decided to deny him bail. In fact, she also questioned the validity of his clean drug tests?
The judge is suggesting he might have used something called “Fast Flush” to cleanse his system.
According to the site, Meek’s lawyer went to court and asked for bail pending an appeal on his 2 to 4 year prison sentence for a probation violation. His sentence is tied to his 2008 conviction on drugs and weapons charges.
Meanwhile, hip hop continues to support the free Meek movement, claiming that the judge was prejudiced … biased against Meek when he would not change managers or give Judge Brinkley a shout-out in a Boyz II Men song.
Is there any truth to this? We will see if it comes to the forefront with documentation. However, it currently is at a stand still.
Meek’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, says Brinkley “continues her long pattern of unfair treatment” of his client. Tacopina vows they will appeal.
Good luck, Meek. Enjoy the holidays in prison. SMH!
