Just when you thought you knew everything about Brando more tea spills! There is a new book out and it’s juicy because it’s spilling all the tea on Marlon Brando who was a bisexual, unfaithful sex addict.
Basically, it sounds like Marlon Brandon lived his life to the fullest and had all kinds of fun the way he wanted to! Read on…
Back in Marlon Brando’s era, all these stupid millennial terms of gender identity didn’t exist and we all knew what we were and what we liked. Back then you were either straight, gay, bisexual or lesbian.
We didn’t have to worry about polyamorous, polygamy, transexual, hermaphrodite, Androgyne, gender fluid, Bigender, Cis-gender (trans), Gender Questioning (curious), Gender Variant and etc…
Nope, back then, Marlon Brando f–ked who he wanted when he wanted, and how he wanted. If it was a man or a female, he did it his way and kept it real to himself. Today he would be considered gender-fluid, but that is what bisexuality is.
In a new book titled In The Contender: The Story of Marlon Brando, author William J. Mann details the actor’s life using new and revelatory material from the late star’s own private archives.
According to excerpts obtained by DailyMail.com, The Godfather star was a sex addict who had romps with both women AND men!
Marlon Brando is best known as a ladies’ man and now new docs claim the legendary thespian was also an alleged man’s man.
Brandon aka Bud was an Omaha, Nebraska native who was the son of mom Dodie Pennebaker Brando, “someone who saw the beauty in life,” and dad Marlon Brando Sr., “a card-carrying pr**k’, a silent, brooding, angry man” who was allegedly abusive.
It was said that after an incident Marlon threatened to kill his father if he hit his mother one more time. Following the incident, he was sent to Shattuck Military Academy in Minnesota “to straighten out.”
While away at school, that was where Brando was introduced to drama classes, and allegedly had sexual relations with another male cadet.
The relationship was nothing extraordinary; the sexual play between cadets at military schools was not uncommon.
In fact, Brando made no judgments about another person’s sexuality.
He was a man utterly at ease with his fluid sexuality, someone who blithely disregarded the binaries of love and gender.
Eventually, he made his way to New York where he took acting classes with Stella Adler — and even had a reported relationship with her daughter, Ellen Adler.
There was a lot of f–king going on and I was in the thick of it.
During the sametime he was smashing Celia, a window dresser, and Blossom Plumb, a classmate.
It was known back then that Brando had several alleged flings with other celebrities (female and male).
During the filming of 20th Century Fox lot’s West Side Story, he and Rita Moreno were messing around. She found him “swaggeringly irresistible.”
In her 2013 memoir Moreno wrote:
To say that he was a great lover — sensual, generous, delightfully inventive — would be gravely understating what he did not only to my body, but for my soul. Every aspect of being with Marlon was thrilling, because he was more engaged in the world than anyone else I’d ever known.
Marlon Brando’s list of sexual partners included Marilyn Monroe in 1955 following her divorce from Joe DiMaggio and before her marriage to Arthur Miller
Monroe was hardly Marlon’s type but she had an earthy sense of humor that he would have liked.
Another sex partner for Brando was comedian Richard Pryor. Though, Quincy Jones and Pryor’s widow, Jennifer Lee, claim, Marlon’s son Miko disputes the rumor.
Quincy Jones’s remarks, Jennifer Lee Pryor said, would not be a source of shame for her husband, who “was always very open about his bisexuality with friends,” and even documented it extensively in diaries to be published yet.
Another known affair of Brando’s was with James Dean, who was said to have been obsessed with Marlon. When looking at the photos, Dean seemed to be deeply in love with Brando, but had to a hard time hiding it in front of the camera. “In James Dean: Tomorrow Never Comes”, published in 2016, already veiled Brando’s alleged homosexual relations touched on the sadomasochistic relationship he had with actor James Dean, the eternal “rebel” without cause.”
Brando prided himself of his past and doings and had no problem saying it.
Marlon was quoted in the book, saying:
I had a lot of affairs. Far too many to describe me as a perfectly normal, reasonable, intelligent person.
He was known as a Cad since he had no boundaries, he was f’n Marlon Bradon and he used his celebrity to be the wives of his friends. Brandon was said to love a challenge and married women were more exciting to pursue.
Mann summed it best when he wrote:
When I awake in the morning, the first thing I think about is, who am I going to f–k today?’ — even if there was a woman sleeping beside him.
Let’s be honest, if we were around back then, Brandon could get it.
In 2004, Brando died of respiratory failure from pulmonary fibrosis with congestive heart failure.
