CelebNMusic247.com has the latest on Mally Mall who is in some serious legal trouble after he the hit-making producer “admitted that he carried on an unlawful prostitution business through these escort businesses.”

Here is what we have learned via a press release the District of Nevada’s U.S. Attorney’s Office published on Monday afternoon (Oct. 21)

Mally Mall pleaded guilty to one count of use of an interstate facility in aid of unlawful activity. U.S. District Judge Richard F. Boulware II accepted Mall’s guilty plea and scheduled a sentencing hearing for Jan. 21, 2020.

Prosecutors allege that Mall, born Jamal Rashid, owned and managed several businesses that ostensibly operated as legal escort services within Nevada’s Clark County. He apparently used those businesses to facilitate illegal prostitution. Mall allegedly conducted these businesses between April 2002 and September 2014.

In paperwork for Mall’s plea, details include that he used his cell phone to get women to commit acts of prostitution and that he used websites like Backpage and Eros to advertise women for prostitution services. It’s also said that his credit card was used to pay for travel expenses related to said prostitution.

This news arrives several months after Mall’s house was raided for suspected human and animal trafficking. A day later, three Nevada women hit him with a civil lawsuit after accusing him of running a major human trafficking ring.
