Lindsay Lohan Community Service Doesn’t Count?!?

Back in 2012, Lindsay Lohan was in a car accident on PCH, she was given 125 hours of community service as punishment, but Lindsay Lohan Community Service Doesn’t Count.

Unlike the rest of the world, Lindsay Lohan tried to pull the wool over the legal systems eyes saying that autograph signings and public appearances was legit Community Service.

Unfortunately, she has just learned that autograph signings and public appearances is part of being a celebrity, NOT charity work.

Now the delusional and out of work actress is getting a dose of reality by legal system.

I think what we love most is how clueless Lindsay is in all her photos on Instagram. She is always completely oblivious that she has so many legal troubles. Then when she gets sentenced to time in prison, she’s like “wait, what did I do”?

Poor thing.  She NEEDS better people around her life.

The actress’s lawyers were back in court on Thursday in Los Angeles, where they told a judge their client has only recorded roughly 10 of the remaining 125 hours of community service hours she was ordered to complete in February, according to court papers obtained by PEOPLE.

Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, reportedly explained to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark A. Young that the actress was unable to complete the hours in London due to the 90-minute distance between her home and service organization.

Judge Mark Young said he was concerned Lohan had managed to work fewer than 10 hours of 125 hours of service she was ordered to complete over three years. “If not done by May 28, there will be consequences,” Young said. That means Lohan needs to spend about one out of every 4.5 hours between now and May 28 doing community service. If she doesn’t, prosecutors will ask that she be found in violation of probation. If that happens, they plan to ask for jail time; she could face up to a year and a half behind bars.

Will Lindsanity be able to complete her community service in time for her May 28th deadline?

We will see, but this time around, Lindsay can’t use her fans as charity work like she did the last time. In case you forgot, Lindsay got credit for organizing and posting pics on the Facebook page of the London-based community service org. But the problem with that is that a staff member gave Lindsay a memory stick, which allowed her to do the work in the comfort of her apartment.

It’s unclear whether Lindsay really posted the pics or whether it was just left to her assistant, but when the head honcho of the community service place found out Lindsay worked from home, she wrote an apology for the screw up to the judge.

Now the clock is ticking since Lindsay MUST complete 125 hours by the 28th, which breaks down to 4.5 hours a day of community service or spend time behind bars for summer.

What do you think?
