Lil Scrappy, born Darryl Kevin RichardsonII was required to submit to a urine test in Atlanta, Georgia in (March 13) as part of his probation relating to a marijuana possession charge following his arrest in 2008.

Officials claim the urine sample was cold and they asked the star to provide a fresh batch – but he allegedly refused.
His refusal was classed as a violation and a warrant has been issued for his arrest – but the musician, who was jailed for a previous probation problem last year (12), wants to address the issue in court next month (May13), according to his lawyer.
Mawuli Mel Davis tells TMZ:
“It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson. Since Mr. Richardson’s release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation.”
An order was issued to revoke Scrappy’s probation and he’s been laying low ever since.
