Khloe Kardashian astonished us all when she was hired as co-host on Simon Cowell‘s The X Factor last season.

X Factor is once again being retooled as Simon Cowell tries to breathe life in his singing competition show rejiggering its lineup this off-season.

Let’s recap, judges Britney Spears and L.A. Reid have left the show and now co-host Khloe Kardashian has gotten the ax, according to the New York Post.

However, Khloe’s counterpart Mario Lopez will keep his job, and while there’s no word yet on whether they’ll bring in someone to replace Kardashian, there’s speculation that Cheryl Cole could be returning to the judges’ table.

Cole is suing the show for $2 million after they fired her during season one, so the gig could be part of a settlement. That’s sure to make for some great chemistry.

Sorry Khloe, but as you can see above her hosting skills are lackluster and if she was serious, like she should have been Khloe would have taken media training classes between her shooting schedule. It seems Khloe relied to much on being a Kardashian and not on having talent. Once again a Kardashian daughter proves to have not talent when it comes to being in front of the camera.

Our advice is to stick to reality TV and her accessories line. Nice try Khloe, but you are the weakest link on X Factor now Sashay away!

Is it us, or do we all feel that singing competition shows like American Idol and X Factor are losing their appeal?
