Kesha Appeal DENIED; Dr. Luke SUING for MillionsCelebNMusic247.com is appalled that Kesha was denied her lawsuit against Dr. Luke, the producer she alleges raped her. When it comes to bogus contracts that you should NEVER sign, Kesha is the brand ambassador of what NOT TO DO!

She signed with Lukas “Dr. Luke” Gottwald back in the day and now that decision is the downfall of her career.

Kesha Rose Sebert, best known as Kesha may eventually face off with Dr. Luke on a trail. Luke is the producer she alleges raped her.

On Tuesday, a New York appeals court affirmed a judge’s decision to reject Kesha’s counterclaims. Which has left an open door for Luke to SLAP her with a $50 million dollar lawsuit?

Now, Dr. Luke is suing her for smearing him through allegations of sexual abuse. She has been battling the producer for some time. Lets’ not foget the petition to free her from Luke.

The “True Colors” pop star has tried to have her agreements with the producer declared terminated stating:

You can get a divorce from an abusive spouse. You can dissolve a partnership if the relationship becomes irreconcilable. The same opportunity — to be liberated from the physical, emotional, and financial bondage of a destructive relationship — should be available to a recording artist.

THR reports:

In March 2017, New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich wouldn’t allow Sebert to move forward with this countersuit. The “Die Young” singer claimed she was owed royalties and it would be impossible to perform the deals due to the acrimonious relationship.

Unfortunately, Kornreich agreed with Dr. Luke’s attorneys that Sebert should have provided notice of alleged contract breaches and that her allegation of the impossibility of performance was grounded upon speculation — especially given the possible expiration of deals.

Sebert did release a new album, Rainbow, and is preparing for a tour this summer. While Kesha might prefer that Luke not benefit whatsoever from her work, her counterclaims have gone nowhere.

What sucks is that assuming the decision isn’t touched upon any further appeal, that means that as this case moves forward, it will only be Dr. Luke’s defamation claim being considered.

In the end, Kesha is getting screwed over!
