Kanye West who revealed on Saturday that will place plastic surgeon Jan Adams on the cover of his album due out in June.

West has NEVER been the same since he lost his mother Donda West back in 2007 from complications after undergoing plastic surgery performed by Adams. She was 58.

It was a surgery where his mother should not have died from, this is why Ye blames the plastic surgeon.

West told someone named Wes in a text-message conversation via Twitter:

This is my album cover. This is plastic surgeon Jan Adams. The person who performed my mom’s final surgery.

West says his choice comes from a unique place adding:

I want to forgive and stop hating.

Ye revealed the album will be called:

Love Everyone.

The father of three told TMZ in a statement that he’s even willing to meet with Adams:

It’s essential that people start removing hate from their heart.
