Flip and get more details on why Kanye West might be recording his music behind bars soon…
Yes, she might be having her husband’s back, but she went about it the wrong way. Taylor Swift attacked Kanye over the song during the Grammy Awards and denied reports that Kanye called gave her advanced notice. Kim LEAKED the video today, but in the video is STILL proves that Kanye did not tell he was going to call her a b–ch. He gave her part of the lyrics, but not the last part of the 9 bars, so Taylor has a case and she is NOT lying to some extent. That can be said about Kanye West as well, because he was fully truthful to Swift about the song.
Now that the conversation has been leaked, the West’s could be facing felony charges.
According to TMZ.com, in February, Taylor Swift’s legal team threatened the couple with legal action if the conversation leaked, since it is illegal to record someone without their consent in California.
The legal notice read as follows:
“Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated.”
No word yet if Taylor Swift plans to file legal actions against Kanye and Kim Kardashian West.
Was Kim Kardashian right for what she did today posting the footage on Snapchat? We all know it only last so long on snapchat, but it’s everywhere on the Internet. And now it proves that Kanye and Kim broke the law. But Kim is the one who posted the video, so she should be the one facing felony charges. She is the one holding the camera.
