Kandi Burruss and Tiny File For Xscape Trademark!!!

Not only is the Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi is going back to musical roots on the new season of RHOATL, Kandi Burruss and Tiny File For Xscape Trademark.

Kandi Burruss storyline will focus on her musical roots on Real Housewives of Atlanta 8 as well as working with her artists, including last season’s “friend of the housewives” Demetria McKinney.

CelebNMusic247.com has also learned via LA Late, Kandi Burruss and her former Xscape bandmate Tameka “Tiny” Cottle have filed paperwork to obtain the trademark to the name Xscape.

The site goes on to explain that Kandi and Tiny’s reason behind obtaining the trademark of Xscape was for “live performances by a musical group.”

According to the website, once a trademark is approved, the owners of the trademark have six months to follow through with their reasons in obtaining the trademark. This means that Kandi and Tiny will have to give the live performances as Xscape they said they would within the next six months to keep the Xscape trademark.

As far as a reunion of Xscape, there is no word that Kandi and Tiny will reunite as Xscape or try to create a brand new Xscape.
