Despite being spotted with a blunt in his hand at a recent party in Newport Beach California next to Ariana Grande, the pop singer is urging fans to request Heatbreaker.

Justin Bieber has released his newest single “Heartbreaker” so he’s taken to Instagram posted a PSA for fans to call radio stations and request the new track.
