Paul Walker is an actor and Justin Bieber is a pop singer, NOT an actor, if Universal puts this talentless hack in Walker’s shoes the movie is garbage!
Nobody wants to see a pop singer in a lead role of a franchise that is working on part 7. And please don’t make Bieber his younger brother or some BS like that. We don’t know if Justin can act, but his behavior is so unappealing to most people these days, it would most likely be a poor decision on Universals part. There are so many qualified actors out there, even going with an unknown would be a great idea. Give real talent a chance.

At this point, no one is really sure where the franchise is going — fans have submitted their own ideas, but the studio itself has remained mum about their plans for Paul’s character, Brian O’Connor. But on Dec. 11, a rumor surfaced that has the Fast community spinning its wheels — the Internet is convinced that none other than Justin Bieber will take Paul’s place!

The video was made after Fast star Ludacris claimed that he would try to land his buddy Justin a role in the flick last summer.

As of now, there is absolutely no evidence that this casting “speculation” is accurate.
As far as fans are concerned – They are OUTRAGED in ANGER about the rumor, so we hope the franchise listens to fans or they can look forward to a FLOP with Justin Bieber in it.
