CelebNMusic247.com reports that the Sonic the Hedgehog star tweeted an image Saturday of his artwork depicting Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey, who signed one of the strictest anti-abortion laws being aborted from the womb.

Instead of making his point that Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey abortion law was a mindless act of cruelty against women, Jim Carrey gained the attention of anti-abortion advocates.

The was clearly NOT what he wanted to happen. At least Rihanna’s message was clear about the idiots who passed the law against abortion.

Jim Carrey wrote:

I think If (sic) you’re going to terminate a pregnancy, it should be done sometime before the fetus becomes Governor of Alabama

The politically charged depiction garnered some unlikely responses from the right.

Liz Wheeler, OANN host, commented:

Thank you for the truly accurate (and therefore horrifying) portrayal of abortion… sucking out the brains of a PERSON because that person is inconvenient to you. You blessed the pro-life movement with this.

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro chimed in saying:

This is a pretty great depiction of an abortion: clinically accurate, and wiping out an individual human life.”

Jim Carrey was mocking Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey law being a mindless act like abortion but Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, did not take kindly to Carrey’s imagery.

Cruz called the painting “vicious” and “angry.”

Following his tweet, a representative from Twitter told Fox News the company is “not able to comment on individual user accounts.”

Twitter states in its rules under “hateful conduct” that the company will permanently suspend any account that includes a “violent threat…incites fears, or reduces someone to less than human,” and under “glorification of violence.”
