Janet Jackson Halts Tour Preparation For Joe Jackson!!!

Earlier this week we told you that Janet’s dad, Joe Jackson suffered a stroke on his birthday while in Brazil, now Janet Jackson Halts Tour Preparation For Joe Jackson.

CelebNMusic247.com has this report via NY Daily News that Janet Jackson, 49, has reportedly brought her tour preparation to a halt in order to be with her father, Joe Jackson.

Janet, whose tour is set to begin Aug. 31, has reportedly has made plans to be with her dad until he is in a more stable condition.

There is no love like a daughter has for her father!!!

Jermaine Jackson took to Twitter to give an update to fans on his status.

Joe Jackson (seen with Janet with July 2000) remains in hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he is reportedly doing “extremely well.”

Jermaine wrote:

“Thank you for you & prayers for our father.”

“Following a heart procedure, he remains in hospital where he’s doing ‘extremely well.’ Doctors say cardiac arrest followed a mini-stroke.”

“Thankfully, brain scans show it’s ‘not as bad as first feared.’ We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the wonderful surgeons, doctors and nurses at the Albert Einstein hospital in Sao Paulo.”
