This was a time Jamie Foxx should have used his auto-tune, because last night at the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight Jamie Foxx National Anthem Bites The Dust.

Jamie Foxx didn’t fight Floyd Mayweather, but social media has been ready to knock him out his dreadful rendition of the National Anthem before Saturday’s fight between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas.

The Grammy Award-winner got knocked out hard on Twitter for his lackluster performance of the Star-Spangled Banner. Foxx trended on Twitter for hours, while Mayweather, who beat Pacquiao in a unanimous decision, did not.

Another Twitter user echoed:

We enjoy Jamie as a singer, but leave the National Anthem alone man…it was Terrible:
