Hugh Jackman Says Fans Want Sabretooth Back!!!

Since Hugh Jackman Says Fans Want Sabretooth Back, maybe the Marvel Universe should expand to a few of the villains of X-Men since Wolverine is coming to an end.

With the cast and crew keeping the details of the upcoming third installment, “Wolverine” under wraps, titular lead actor Hugh Jackman has been teasing fans with some interesting information.

Hugh Jackman took to his Facebook page to share an image of the iconic mutant with one metal claw and captioned it with:

“As you may have heard …. It’s my last time putting on the claws. What do you want to see happen? 50 words or less. I will read as many as possible. #ONELASTTIME”

One of Wolverine’s biggest nemesis is Sabretooth also known as Victor Creed and in the history of the X-Men franchise, Creed has only appeared in two movies, the first one in 2000 when the role was portrayed by Tyler Mane, while the second iteration was in 2009 by Liev Schreiber for “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.”

Which leads CelebNMusic247.com to this update on Wolverine via Hugh Jackman:

During his appearance in Sydney Confidential Podcast he mentioned that fans want to see for the third time his arguably most famous villain, Sabretooth also known as Victor Creed.

Jackman says:

“There were a lot of calls for Victor Creed to come back. I must admit I was quite heartened by a number of people saying please don’t make it the last, but look, I’m really excited about this last one.”

He added:

“And if you’re a comic book fan, the words “berserker rage” came up a lot. If you know Wolverine, you’ll understand.”

According to Screen Rant, the berserker rage happens when Wolverine lets loose of his morals and just lets his instinct takes over to do some great damage to his opponent.

When he attended San Diego Comic Con, Jackman also addressed the crowd, hinting:

“I’ve got three words for you guys: Old Man Logan. Take from that what you will.”

Based from source material by Mark Millar with Steve McNiven for illustration, Wolverine was tricked into killing all the X-Men and when he accomplished the gruesome task, he refuses to use his claws again. With no mutants around, the antagonists started piling up.

Will keep you posted if we get more news on the upcoming Wolverine movie.

Wolverine is set to premiere on March 3, 2017.
