The 21-year-old model, Hailey Rhode Baldwin, who hasn’t publicly confirmed if she and Justin Bieber have tied the knot, trademarked “Hailey Bieber” for intentions of a clothing line.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Hailey filed on Oct. 10, the documents indicate that she also registered her maiden name, as well as the abbreviation, “HRB3,” all under her company, Rhodedeodato Corp.

The company’s name is a combination of her middle name, Rhode, and her mother’s maiden name, Deodato.

The couple got engaged in July. In September, they sparked marriage speculation when they were spotted at a Manhattan courthouse where marriage licenses are issued.

Meanwhile, Bieber, 24, also has filed paperwork of his own by applying for US citizenship.

The new celebrity couple has been browsing potential homes in Los Angeles, and get this, they’ve even looked into Demi Lovato and Rihanna old homes.

In additional news findings, Brides reports that it was Baldwin’s idea to have a quick ceremony at a courthouse over the summer, According to People.

A source close to Bieber told the magazine:

Hailey is a very bright girl. She’s not just blindly adoring Justin and doing whatever he wants. She’s wanted to be with Justin for a very long time.” While Bieber and Baldwin will reportedly have a more traditional ceremony for family and friends somewhere down the road, the source explained that Baldwin wanted to get married as soon as possible to solidify them “as a team,” and to prove to any skeptics that they’re the real deal.

The source added:

The city hall marriage was her idea. It was ‘you and me against the world.’ Let’s show [everyone] we’re serious and it’s not just some crazy fling.
