First Ginuwine has announced that he IS NOT divorced from Sole, they are living separately. See last week news broke that the singer’s financial situation while battling legal trouble against Robert Reives, the executive producer of Ginuwine’s debut album, The Bachelor.

According to legal files claimed by Robert, the ’90s hit maker still owes him royalties that were attached to the $1.25 million five-album contract with Sony that was initially signed by Ginuwine. Robert is asking for $250,000, but the singer is still being ‘Stingy.’

The R&B singer’s lawyer came forth and revealed that Ginuwine is “very close to declaring bankruptcy.”
Before a NYC courtroom last week, Bruce Beckner, Ginuwine’s lawyer, blamed the singer’s estranged wife for his mounting financial troubles.

“He owes my firm a ton of money and a bunch of other people a ton of money,” Bruce told news outlets. “He owes Uncle Sam 300-odd thousand dollars in back income taxes.”

To help set the record straight, Ginuwine took to social media to address the mounting rumors. Captioned under one of his Instagram posts, the crooner wrote: ” I need to address yesterday’s rumor because it is not totally accurate and I don’t want my wife being made out to be the bad guy here.”

According to Ginuwine, he and his wife are only separated, not divorced.

“We are not yet divorced, but we are currently separated and working towards coming to our own agreement, without lawyers, to amicably and fairly divorce,” he wrote. “Reports that she left me ‘broke’ are untrue. She has been a good wife and mother and my poor choices and actions over many years have lead to this. I am on a path of becoming a better man and part of that is taking responsibility for my own choices and behavior in life.”
