Since Rick Ross screwed up his endorsement deal with Reebok due to irresponsible lyrics, so now MMG/Bad Boy artist French Montana is looking to hopefully replace him as the new rep for the apparel brand.
French Montana spoke to MTV about Rozay’s termination from his Reebok contract and voiced his support for Ross while also making his own pitch for an endorsement deal.
Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, proves how cut throat the music industry is and how hungry he is to fill that void if the apparel brand is willing to cut him a check.
Montana said:
“I feel like a lot of people did worse than that and people didn’t judge them.”
“They could’ve taken it light on him, understanding that it was a mistake. People make mistakes; we all human. That’s about it. As far as Ross, I know him personally. I know he’s a great guy. He’s like a big brother to me and I’m a big fan of Reebok. I can’t wait for them to cut me one of them big checks.”
