Former NBA Player Calls Moniece Slaughter A Thief?!?

Love and Hip Hop Hollywood has been filled with tons of drama but when it comes to Lil Fizz baby mama a former NBA Player Calls Moniece Slaughter A Thief!

Moniece Slaughter has made some serious accusations about Lil Fizz recently but now it seems the shoe is on the other foot since her other ex-boyfriend / former NBA star Joe Smith for the Golden State Warriors claims she stole about $100k from him back when they were dating.

It must suck to be Moniece right about now, because TMZ is reporting about the claims that Smith filed a report on Slaughter back in 2011 and now it’s haunting her.

According to a report filed with the Manhattan Beach Police Department, Smith claims that between October 2011 and March 2012, nine checks were written from his checkbook to a Timothy Clayton Carr … totaling $109,000.

Smith told police he did not write the checks and does not know a man by that name.

In June 2012, police were able to get a hold of Carr, who told them he was a friend of Slaughter and that he was cashing the checks for her as a favor because she didn’t have a bank account. Carr told cops he was unaware the checks were stolen or that anything was wrong until Smith canceled the last check.

Carr also told police Slaughter had agreed to pay him back for the canceled check, but it when it came time to meet up … she disappeared.

However, Moniece told police that she didn’t steal the money, and Joe actually signed all the checks and he only cancelled the last check because he was salty about their breakup.

Joe claims Moniece is a liar and he’s still hoping the police will put her in handcuffs even though it happened two and a half years ago.
