Feds Raid Teresa Giudice Home!?!

Christmas just got ugly for Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice and her family after the Feds Raid Teresa Giudice Home.

CelebNMusic247.com has just learned via AllAboutTheTea/RadarOnline who have revealed that federal officials raided Joe & Teresa‘s New Jersey mansion this week.

Here is the tea on what went down at the Giudice home yesterday morning when Feds popped up after Teresa failed to arrange a payment plan for the monies owed in court resulting in a seize of property to satisfy the couple’s outstanding restitution:

A source close to the situation told Radar, “Plasma televisions, expensive jewelry, cash, and even the kids’ Christmas presents were taken.”

“Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid,” the insider said. “She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical, and begging them not to take the girls’ Christmas presents.”

But her plea fell on deaf ears. What’s more, agents were in for a surprise too. Said the source, “A large amount of cash was found in the wine cellar.”

The raid came after the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple failed to “submit any payment plan for the outstanding $214,000 they owe in restitution,” the insider said. “As such, prosecutors were eager to get the property seized.”

“The property will now be auctioned off with the money going into a trust account. If there is any money left over, it would go to paying creditors in their bankruptcy, in which they owe $14.3 million,” the insider explained.

The source said, “This all could have been avoided if Teresa had simply submitted a proposed plan to pay off the restitution. Yet, Teresa chose to once again thumb her nose at the law, and was ignoring it.”

And this time, she’s not the only victim.

Said the source, “She is absolutely devastated that there won’t be any Christmas presents for their girls.”

The convicted felon will begin serving her fifteen month prison sentence on January 5.

Giudice’s rep didn’t immediately respond to request for comment.

However, The Giudice rep claims that “there is no truth to this rumor.”

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s office would not confirm or deny the incident took place.
