Fabolous Pleads Not Guilty To Domestic ViolenceCelebNMusic247.com previously reported that Emily Bustamante was all smiles after she got new teeth following the alleged domestic violence claim.

If you recall, Fabolous was slammed with four felony charges last week (October 10th) and was facing up to 20 years in prison.

Following last weeks felony charges Fab and his lawyer Brian Neary appeared in Bergen County Superior Court on Monday (October 22nd), where Fab entered a “not guilty” plea on behalf of his legal counsel.

Fabo’s attorney Neary has been approached by prosecutors in efforts to negotiate a plea agreement where Fab would not face any jail time. The catch is that he has to plead guilty to one count of felony brandishing and threatening a domestic violence victim with scissors.

The latest development in this legal situation comes amidst reports that Emily’s father is willing to testify in court on Fab’s behalf if the case goes to trial. 

Fab and his lawyer will be reviewing their options of the plea agreement and are scheduled to return to court in December. – TheJasmineBrand
