(CelebNMusic247-News) Duck Dynasty‘s Jep Robertson Star Struck Over Kanye
Duck Dynasty’s Jep Robertson has certainly become more vocal this season, and he recently shared his favorite celebrity sighting which is Yeezus rapper Kanye West.
During his stint in New York city Jep, his brothers and Uncle Si were on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, then Jep ran into Kanye West backstage before heading over to catch a runway show during New York Fashion Week. Of course, it wasn’t just any show…it starred Willie’s daughter Sadie Robertson!
Here’s the drop via Life & Style, who caught up with the famous bearded ones at the Sherri Hill Fashion Show which featured prom dresses inspired by Sadie.
Jep dished on his run-in with Kanye, telling the site, “I just met him backstage at Jimmy Fallon, which was very cool! We were going to get to watch his concert, but we had to rush to get over here.”
Willie didn’t mind ducking out of Late Night to hit the tents to watch his teenage daughter walk the runway. He gushed, “She looks great. I’m not a big fashion guy, but we’re real proud of Sadie.”
Not surprisingly, the humble Sadie was overwhelmed by the support of her close-knit family, sharing, “It’s incredible. [I’m] so blessed.”
Jep’s wife Jessica shared the above picture, writing, “Sandwiched between these to clowns for Sadie’s fashion show! It was a great night, sat across from Nick Jonas?.”
While appearing on Late Night, the boys revealed that family patriarch Phil was initially against the idea of a reality show. Willie explained, “We always thought there may be something there, and we just got an email out of the blue said, ‘Hey, I think you guys may have a big show,’ and so I went to talk to dad and said, ‘We could do a big show on a network.’ And he said, ‘Nah, that won’t work.’ I remind him of that every week, though.”
We’ll continue to report on all things Duck Dynasty, but sadly, we didn’t have the readership to continue with the recaps. But you can take Jep out the country but you can’t get the country boy out of Jep.
Although, Jep got to meet Ye he still took to Twitter, saying:
New York was fun but I’m glad to be back in good ole West Monroe!! #noplacelikehome
