Yesterday, Wendy Williams basically put DMX on blast for pulling a no show to appear on her show, although Wendy admitted DMX was arrested while on his way to the show.
On Monday (Nov 4), DMX was arrested for driving on a suspended licence and no tags among other things, so South Carolina police hald the Dark Man X into jail for 3 hours. He was later release.
On Tuesday, Wendy Sounded off about DMX’s arrest questioning why didn’t he have one of his drivers take him to the airport? It was legit, but that is NOT all, Wendy went on record on air, in Wendy fashion breaking things down and even telling her audience that she even went out of her was and fulfilled his rider so he would show up. The rider included, Lays Old fashion Potatoe Chips, full fat Sunkist Orange Soda, Fruit, Golden stuff Oreo’s and more…
Well due to Wendy Williams and apparently all the media scrutiny DMX has release a new statement via his rep saying he will NOT be doing any interviews, Wendy included.
DMX’s statement via Domenick Nati reads as follows:
“Due to recent media scrutiny, DMX will not be appearing on The Wendy Williams Show this week. The team apologizes to his fans who were anticipating his performance but we are holding off on interviews and focusing on making music and organizing a world tour.”
Com’on X really? We understand the legal ish and the arrest, but Wendy was just saying, What’s up X, why risk it all for an interview?
