Grand Theft Auto V has been dubbed the biggest video game on the market, but Former Death Row Records rapper Daz Dillinger is accusing the game’s makers, Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games Steeling his music without his permission.

Daz Dillinger and his attorney has sent a cease and desist letter to the game’s makers, Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games, claimming that the songs “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit” were included in GTA V. It has been said, even though Daz was allegedly offered $4,271 fee to use both songs, he declined and said “NO!”

Here’s the drop via TMZ:

Daz now wants a bigger pay out or demands that all remaining unsold copies of the game be recalled and destroyed. He has given the game makers 14 days to comply to either request.

Grand Theft Auto V reportedly grossed $800 million in its first 24 hours of release and has gone on to earn over $1 billion in sales. That was one of the biggest initial launches in entertainment history.
