Cuba Gooding Jr. Accused of 2013 Rape!

It appears Cuba Gooding Jr. can’t escape his past since another woman has filed a lawsuit against the actor claiming that he raped seven years ago. Read on, since women continue to run with the MeToo Movement…

CelebNMusic247.com reports that Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has been accused of raping a woman twice in a New York City hotel room back in 2013, according to a civil lawsuit filed on Tuesday.

According to reports, the woman, “Jane Doe,” said she met Cuba Gooding Jr. in a Manhattan bar in August 2013 and was invited to join him for drinks at a nearby hotel.

She goes on to state that Gooding asked her up to his hotel room, where he said he needed to change his clothes. Then, she just jumps into Cuba raped me.

What happened to the conversation while he was changing and the fact that she went to his room with him. Anyone who goes to a movie stars room knows that its about to go down.

The fact that the woman, “Jane Doe,” is claiming she was unaware it was about sex is misleading.

To us, this sounds like a money grab since everyone in the country is dealing with hard times.

Anyways, the lawsuit claims, the actor then raped her both vaginally and anally. The suit was filed in the Southern District of New York.

Gooding’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, said the allegations were untrue.

Heller told Reuters by phone:

The woman is seeking a jury trial as well as compensatory and punitive damages. The allegations are false. It’s an event that took place seven years ago. No complaint was ever lodged. We believe the allegations and the complaint will be dismissed

In 2019, the “The People v. O.J. Simpson” actor pleaded not guilty in New York to charges of groping three different women in incidents in nightclubs in the city 2018. Those criminal cases have yet to be resolved.

This adds to the 7 other times Cuba was sued for sexual misconduct.
