CelebNMusic247.com reports that Fresh Off The Boat star Constance Wu just PISSED off tons of her fans and fans of the series after she posted a dislike for the renewal and some not so pleasant Tweets.
Shortly after ABC announced that Fresh Off the Boat would return for a sixth season actress Constance Wu posted a few cryptic messages.
Constance Wu made her feelings known in a series of messages on social media Friday, tweeting after the announcement.
It just doesn’t look good no matter what she says at this point.
Wu cryptically Tweeted:
So upset right now that I’m literally crying. Ugh. F-ck.
The actor, who plays Jessica Huang on the sitcom about a Taiwanese family who has immigrated to the US, also tweeted:
Constance later tried to clarify her comments saying she was grateful and “proud to be a part of” the ABC show, but the damage was done. Too Late!
Here is her full statement of apology:
Today’s tweets were on the heels of rough day&were ill-timed w/the news of the show. Plz know, I’m so grateful for FOTB renewal. I love the cast&crew. I’m proud to be a part of it. For all the fans support, thank u & for all who support my casual use of the word fuck-thank u too?…
She went on to explain:
That was not a rampage, it was just how I normally talk. I say fuck a lot. I love the word. Y’all are making a lot of assumptions about what I was saying. And no, it’s not what it’s about. No it’s not..what this is all about. Stop assuming.
Welp, that set off Fresh Off The Boat fans and at first they were a bit worried for Constance saying:

I don’t understand why she’s being so ungrateful towards her employer—that put her on the map. I had no idea she existed prior to this show. I understand there are many opportunities out there; but you made a commitment. Be thankful you don’t work a boring 9-5 likemost folk. pic.twitter.com/YxSgtYUeAl
