Chris Brown Flight of Shame on ConAir

Chris Brown is about to be completely shamed since the Washington DC judge has demanded that he will be transported like Hannible via ConAir.

According to reports CelebNMusic247.com has learned via TMZ that a judge in DC wants Chris Brown accompanied by a US Marshal in shackles and will have him flying ConAir.

We do have an argument against what they’re doing by shaming Chris Brown. Brown has screwed up in his life but he hasn’t do anything on the level of Justin Bieber or Chief Keef who deserve to be handled in this fashion.

You have never seen Chris Brown post guns, wads of money and blatant threats on his instagram. Yes he has had some crazy RANTS on Twitter, but Chief Keef has gone far and beyond Brown’s antics.

The only thing that is NOT is his favor is the Rihanna beating that happened the night before the Grammy’s in 2009.  As for Justin Bieber he has been on the term “screw up, jerk and puck” since 2012. Not only has he offened his neighbors, he has

Here is what CelebNMusic247.com has learned via NYDaily News:

According to Washington prosecutors want Chris Brown shackeled and escorted back east for trial in the custody of U.S. marshals, but the Grammy winner‘s lawyer plans to fight the move.

Mark Geragos has asked for an emergency hearing Tuesday on how to transport his client from Los Angeles, where Brown is in jail on a Rihanna-related felony assault case, to the nation’s capital, where he faces a separate assault rap, a source told the Daily News Friday.

Reached separately, Geragos said Friday that he plans to ask the judge to release the singer into his personal custody for a flight from Los Angeles to Washington that won’t cost taxpayers a dime.

Geragos told the Daily News he wants Brown to remain out of jail for the Washington assault trial, which starts April 17, and that he’ll be responsible for getting the singer to court each day.

Now in a Los Angeles jail for allegedly violating probation in his 2009 Rihanna case, Brown has pleaded not guilty to punching a man in the face during an alleged sidewalk skirmish just blocks from the White House last October.

However, Brown’s Washington-based lawyer Danny Onorato and Geragos also filed a motion to dismiss the Washington case Wednesday.

Although the judge has yet to rule on the request.
