(CelebNMusic247 News) Chris Brown Facing $3 Million Lawsuit
Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean ended up beefing in a studio parking lot at Westlake Recording Studio in West Hollywood, CA.
Chris Brown was said to have pulled in to the parking lot for his studio session, but Frank Ocean was still parking in the artist parking space and allegedly was running overtime.
The parking lot fight ended up being a HUGE issue after Ocean’s cousin filed a lawsuit and pressed charges, then Ocean mocked Brown with a T-Shirt and he was furious over the shirt. Although CelebNMusic247 learned that Chris Brown did NOT start the fight. An insider revealed to us that it was Ocean.
The fight kicked off against Breezy after, Ocean’s cousin filed a pain and suffering lawsuit against Brown in August alleging the R&B singer encouraged his bodyguard to attack him. Now, Chris Brown is facing a possible $3 million dollar court cost over the parking lot beef.

TMZ now reports that Sha’keir Duarte’s complaint against Brown is asking for $1 million for pain, suffering and inconvenience, $1,000,000 for emotional distress, $1 million for punitive damages, and $60,000 for medical expenses.
Brown has already filed a countersuit against Duarte claiming he was the victim in the incident. His suit states it was Duarte that began punching and kicking him first. The damages in that case have not been specified.
Brown is currently admitted to court-ordered rehabilitation after being accused of attacking another man in Washington, D.C. in October and throwing a rock through the window of his mother’s car during an earlier rehab stint last month.
