Chris Brown Cleared To Leave The Philippines, the singer posted a video happily continuing his Asia tour, saying goodbye to Manila after being denied to leave.
CelebNMusic247.com caught wind that Brown was blocked by the Philippine Department of Justice after the country held him on the grounds of failure to uphold a previous engagement which dates back to New Year’s Eve. Brown was barred from leaving the country for an undisclosed amount of time, prompting him to even ask Obama for help.
It looks like a call to President Obama helped because Breezy just posted a n Instagram video of himself walking down the tarmac bidding farewell to Manila.

Brown shouted while waving his arms up:
“Manila, it was fun! I love y’all man. We finna come to Macau, party tonight! Turn up!”
He followed the comment with this apparent learning lesson:
“Be more responsible and watch who you hang with, niggas will kill you to get yours, trust me, I been but many times before I woke up.”

Chris who is currently on tour in Asia, performed in Manila Tuesday night as planned. However; after the show as he was about to board his private jet to Hong Kong, officials informed Brown that he would not be able to leave the country without first settling some legal issues.
It turns out that the twenty six year old failed to appear for a performance at the Philippine Arena on New Year’s Eve after being paid up front.
An order has now been placed by the Philippines Department of Justice not to let Brown or his promoter, John Michael Pio Roda, leave the country until all the money has been paid back.
Until the check was written, Brown was blocked leaving the country.
We have to admit, that is the way to get your money back.
