Chris Bosh’s Child Support Battle Takes Ugly Turn

(CelebNMusic247) Chris Bosh’s Child Support Battle Takes Ugly Turn.

Things aren’t looking up for Miami Heat star Chris Bosh in regards to his child support battle agianst his baby mama.

Apparently, Chris was grilled for nearly two hours in an Orlando courtroom this afternoon by lawyers and a judge trying to determine whether the power forward is a Florida resident.

After and grulling two hours on the stand, Bosh repeatedly claimed that he is a Texas resident. However, Bosh read out loud an affidavit he signed in 2010 to obtain the mortgage from Deutsche Bank. The affidavit was to swear he had the intention to make his North Bay Road home his primary residence — and therefore become a Florida resident!

Despite living in Miami Chris Bosh has been fighting to establish his Texas residency in order keep from paying the mother of his 3 year old daughter, Alison Mathis, 3% of his income

Alison’s lawyer made mince meat of Chris by pulling out the mortgage agreement he signed in 2010 stating that the home he bought in Florida would be his primary residence.

If Bosh’s baby mama Allison Mathis is able to prove that he really lives in Florida, Orange County Judge Robert Evans could then order Bosh to pay much more in child support.

This will make a drastic change in his child support duties. It will increase his monthly child support from $30,000 a month instead of the $2,600 a month that a Texas judge ordered Chris Bosh to pay three years ago.

A decision on residency is expected in September.
