Chief Keef Cousin Blood Money Murdered

Chief Keef’s cousin, Mario Hess aka Blood Money or Big Glo of Glory Boyz Entertainment was shot and killed in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood!

The Glory Boyz Entertainment rapper, Blood Money, 33, was reportedly shot at least 10 times.

Glo, who reportedly signed with Interscope Records recently according to his manager, was found south of a red Cadillac Escalade, according to reports, surrounded by four vacant lots. He was pronounced dead at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.

CelebNMusic247.com has also learned via HHDX that Law enforcement officials say two shooters opened fire on Elizabeth Avenue at approximately 9:45pm yesterday.

More than 24 shell casings were found on the street. Evidence markers were reportedly placed on the pavement to track the casings, but those markers were blown across the street due to wind.

An unidentified 28-year-old man was also wounded in the shootout, according to the paper. He was taken to the hospital and is in serious condition. His relationship to Glo is not known.

Big Glo’s manager, Renaldo Reuben Hess, spoke with the Chicago Tribune about violence in Chicago.

Hess says:

“It’s a lot of crime and violence in Chicago.”

“These Rap guys are being targeted, so you know, just trying to get him outside the neighborhood. He’s from the streets…He was basically trying to just get his Rap career together because that’s a good opportunity…They gave him some money up front. It was a good chance for him to get himself out the hood…I basically had an intuition about…just telling him he really needs to move out of Chicago. He was trying to get the rest of this money and stay off the streets.”

Glo had several legal problems throughout his life, including 36 different cases, the Tribune reports. In 2002, he was charged with manufacturing and delivering cocaine. He reportedly pleaded guilty and had some of the charges dropped. He was credited for almost 200 days time served. In 2007, Glo was charged with a weapons violation, including aggravated battery and a possession of a firearm by a felon. He pleaded guilty and was again given credit for time served.

In April 2008, January 2009 and April 2013, Glo was charged with possession of 30 to 500 grams of marijuana. He pleaded guilty to each case and was given jail time and credit for time served.

In the 2013 case, Glo was given probation for the marijuana possession charge. He was then accused of violating probation soon after.

Could this been a retaliation on Chief Keef?

Last month, Chief Keef was identified a person of interest in a shooting that took place at Chief Keef’s manager’s house, according to police. The Chitown rapper was also spotted on social media posting photos of his arsanal of weapons. Ironically, Keef was questioned about the incident and was released.
