Why won’t Chad Ochocinco Sign Divorce Papers?
Chad Johnson has already told his Twitter followers that he is not going along with Evelyn Lozada’s plans for divorce.
Chad Johnson says he refuses to sign divorce papers that will end his brief marriage with Evelyn Lozada.
Now, Ochocinco is putting his money where is mouth is and refusing to sign the divorce papers.
Sources close to Chad are saying, he won’t sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn’t want to get a divorce. We’re told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back as evidenced by the fact he recently tattooed her face on his leg.

However, Chad’s plan isn’t exactly bulletproof according to Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs), because the divorce can still be finalized with a judge’s approval [without signature].
Sources say Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We’re told she’s ready to move on and rebuild her life.
