Sources say Casanova thought Niya Rucker was filming him in the restaurant, so he attacked her in an attempt to stop the recording and obtain the phone.

Niya Rucker had her version of the story where she told PIX11 that she was just recording her meal for Instagram Live.

According to officials, the incident left Rucker with a broken jaw, a loose tooth, and facial lacerations.
