CelebNMusic247.com reports that Cardi B took to Instagram to share a video of her presenting the cold, hard cash to her husband Offset in a refrigerator for his 28th birthday.

Cardi B exclaimed in the video before an affiliate opens up the fridge to reveal the money. Offset was initially left stunned and speechless.

Everyone’s saying you got every car, you got every jewelry… what else can I give somebody that got everything? The fridge!

Offset whispered to Cardi in the video:

You don’t have to give me this money.

Cardi noted:

I know I don’t have to give you this money, but I don’t know what to give you and I gotta give you something. You could buy a car, you could buy more clothes, you could buy jewelry, you could buy me more Birkin bags. S–t, you could do whatever the hell you want.

That’s great that Cardi did this, it was straight up hood, but she should have NEVER posted it online. Now, her accountant will have to report it and its taxable. This is something she should have kept off social media. #SMH.

We understand that she has money to treat the people she loves, but helping people in need or investing for their future would have been smarter. Like investing $500K in stock (weed) for Offset so his money would make him money would have been smarter.

New money needs to learn to invest, invest, invest – STOP Wasting money like you own a money tree.

Some fans have responded to Cardi’s post:

So much money you have no idea what to do with it. How about donating to some kids that don’t get Christmas gifts or kids in the hospital????????
