Bobby Shmurda’s Lawyer Blames Industry!!!

In the world of poor excuses rapper Bobby Shmurda’s Lawyer Blames Industry, claiming that Sony Music should have bailed Bobby Shmurda out of jail.

Haven’t we been down this road before?

According to Kenneth Alexander, attorney to Bobby Shmurda, told Doggie Diamonds in a recent interview that Sony Music should take care of his client’s $2 million bail.

Really? Wasn’t it Shmurda who landed himself behind bars, NOT Sony Music.

CelebNMusic247.com has this report via HNHH:

The GS9 affiliate, Shmurda attorney apparently feels otherwise, he says:

“They didn’t want to come in and make a bail for this young man.”

“They wanted to capitalize on the energy that he had, but they wanted no parts of getting him out.”

Shmurda has expressed his desire to get of his deal with Epic Records, a division of Sony Music, as far back as February.

Montgomery lamented that other rappers have shown little support for Shmurda beyond the occasional “Free Shmurda” blast on social media.

“These rappers aren’t millionaires…they’re personalities and brands and that’s all they are.”

The above claims are to be expected from Shmurda’s attorney, but Montgomery was nevertheless eloquent as he discussed what he believed to be the exploitation of his client.

Montgomery adds:

“It is my opinion that Ackquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda was made an example of.”

“He represents a certain energy that is everywhere in this American space, I think even four corners of the Earth where you have black men who have very little resources and opportunity and they’re taking advantage of what is available to them. I think he was made an example. Whenever you have a prosecutor send out pressers before they make an arrest and a perp walk, then there’s something else going on.”

To be honest one hit does NOT make Bobby Shmurda a superstar rapper that is going to make a change. His song came and went, just like his career.

We are NOT taking away his talent, but he should have thought about that before letting his street antics land him in prison. If he was trying to be a rapper, then he should have focused on his career and NOT the BS that obviously is holding him back.  Let us NOT forget, Bobby Shmurda was arrested back in December during a sting involving multiple shootings and drug trafficking. That’s serious and no record label is going to attach their brand to a rapper being arrested for that.

Plenty of rapper have severed time behind bars like G-Dep, Shyne, Mystikal and more who had the right stuff, but could clean up their act on their rise to hip hop stardom.

Thanks for the one hit, Bobby, it was cool.
