(CelebNMusic247 – News) Blood, Sweat & Heels = Shady Days Ahead

Blood, Sweat & Heels kicked off with a bunch of drama from the jump as we are introduced to the ladies who make up the new Bravo series.

Like any episode of “Housewives,” mixed with a little Basketball Wives, Blood, Sweat & Heels packs a punch that leaves a mark!

First off let us introduce the ladies of Blood, Sweat & Heels starting off with  ex-music video model Melyssa Ford, still camera-ready in her quest to leave her old relationship with rapper Flo Rida behind and embark on a career in real estate.

First order of business is to get people to STOP calling her a “video vixen.” Melyssa Ford seems to play it safe in the higher scenes, but if you notice she agrees alot with each of the ladies opinion, but never voices it when in a group. Basically for now she is playing the fence on reality TV.

Next up is Mica Hughes Mica Hughes, the delightfully wacky ex-model who owns a modeling agency and a chinchilla (the living kind) named Rocky, after Barack Obama.  She is a no frills woman, and when it comes to checking up on her man she believes digging into his social media pages, cellphone and anything where her man could possible cheat on her NEEDS to be handle so he doesn’t stray or go back to his ex.

Next is the strong minded, opinionated and very outspoken Demetria Lucas, blogger and author of “A Belle in Brooklyn.” Weakness and insecurity is NOT in her blood, so don’t bring it or be checked! Another fellow Brooklynite is Daisy Lewellyn, a style expert for TV shows and websites. The socialite of the group who stirs the pot and is very judge mental when thing don’t play out how she plans. Rounding out the ladies are Brie Bythewood, a real estate partner, and Geneva Thomas, a “style scholar.”

First stop DRAMA and SHADE in Brooklyn for Daisy’s “brunch series,” that quickly goes from pleasant to ugly.

When Daisy raises the question about women being able to rule world and in the work place, but not actually being able to handle it, Demetria quickly jumps on the protagonist role and heats up the conversation.

Remember Demetria blogs about relationships for a living, so the debate is perfect conversation to blog about for her readers.

Demetria is instantly peeved, but when Daisy presses on, asking if it’s acceptable to snoop around a significant other’s possessions and phone — even when cheating is suspected — she takes a stand. No, she says, women should trust themselves enough not to snoop, and if they do feel like snooping, the relationship’s already soured.

Daisy protests — Demetria should have more compassion for those who have been cheated on, she says, but the rumblings of a blog post are already coalescing for Demetria.

This leads to Mica’s tearful story about her doting boyfriend, Terry, lying to her about being in a 20-year relationship. Although it seem she and Terry have repaired the break in trust, things are just heating up for the cast’s main argument. Especially the next day after the ladies get wind that Demetria’s blogged about the brunch and went in on Daisy!

Mica decides to trap Demetria so she send out a max text to invite all the women to her house to hash it out. Sparks will obviously be flying next week on episode 2, but we know this is just the calm before the storm.

What lies ahead?

Shade, Drama and fights! Vino, fancy outfits, heated accusations and blog posts full steam ahead.

Sound familiar? It’s Bravo!

Blood, Sweat & Heels airs 9 p.m. Sundays on Bravo.
