A jury found Bill Cosby guilty Thursday of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home near here 14 years ago, capping the downfall of one of the world’s best-known entertainers, and offering a measure of satisfaction to the dozens of women who for years have accused him of similar assaults against them.
The National Organization for Women called the verdict a “notice to sexual predators everywhere.” Rose McGowan, one of the women who has accused Harvey Weinstein of assault, tweeted a thank you to the judge and jury and to “society for waking up.” Gloria Allred, the lawyer who represented many of Mr. Cosby’s accusers, hailed the decision as an important breakthrough.
Allred said:
After all is said and done, women were finally believed.
Meanwhile, the once revered as “America’s Dad” Bill Cosby told PageSix after a Pennsylvania jury found him guilty Thursday of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

Cosby repeatedly talked to Page Six about “that place” referring to prison.
He could receive up to a maximum of 30 years, which means life for an 80-year-old man.
Mr. Cosby said:
When they send me to that place, I want you to be there to tell my story because it seems no one is listening, no one wants the real story.
CelebNMusic247.com disagree with the verdict when it comes to Andrea Constand. Bill openly admitted that he did petting with Constand, but on three separate occasions. Sexual assault happens once. A victim is NOT dumb enough to go back three times unless they are setting up the predator for a money grab.
We still feel that Andrea Constand wanted money and when she didn’t get what she wanted she flipped it and claimed sexual assault. (allegedly)
He may have done it in the past, but what right-minded woman who would mess around with a 70-year-old man unless she was trying to get paper? Wake up, people! Everyone is so ready to throw any man like Harvey Weinstein behind bars, we don’t think people are listening. They just want to put him behind bars.
