Big Boi from Outkast estranged wife Sherlita Patton filed the docs yesterday demanding SOLE CUSTODY of their 12-year-old child.
According to AJC, one half of the Grammy Award-winning duo OutKast, Antwon A. Patton, married Sherlita M. Patton in February 2002, and the two are currently separated and are now heading towards divorce. The celebrity couple has 2 kids together (a 18-year-old and a 12-year-old).

Big Boi’s estranged wife Sherlita Patton filed the docs yesterday, stating in the divorce complaint, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, claims that the marriage is “irretrievably broken,” and is seeking alimony, an equitable division of marital property and attorney’s fees.
According to the docs, obtained by AJC, Sherlita is demanding sole custody of the minor … plus child support.
She’s also seeking spousal support, a split of the marital assets and attorney’s fees.
We reached out to Big Boi for comment — so far, no word back.
