Big Boi Confirms No OutKast Album!
Outkast may be reuniting this year for Coachella, but Big Boi has revealed the bad news that now Outkast fan wants to hear, There is “there’s no album in the works, no.”
Every week seems to come with a new alert that a Outkast album is underway, but CelebNMusic247.com has officially learned from Big Boi that he is working on a solo album, a new mixtape inspired by Game of Thrones and a reunion tour for Outkast.
When it comes to Outkast doing another album, Big Boihas confirmed the denial of a new OutKast album. He has cleared up all the rumors and has revealed that he and Andre 3000 are both working on solo album but NOTan Outkast collaboration!
Daddy Fat Stacks adamantly revealed to Revolt TV that there is NO PLANS for he and Andre 3000 to work on a Outkast album.
Sir Luscious Left Foot responded to the likelihood of a new Outkast album:
“No, no, no…We’re just doing the tour only, just for the fans. That’s all it is, just the tour.”
And in case it wasn’t clear, Big Boi reiterated:
“It’s just the Outkast 20th year anniversary, just a way for us to celebrate with our fans, but there’s no album in the works, no.”
In regards to his newGame of Thrones inspired mixtape which includes Common and Wale, Daddy Fat Stax revealed:
“I think it’ll be out in the next couple of weeks.”
“We got Common, Wale doing something, and I’m doing a track as well on there. And a couple surprise guests.”
OutKast were announced yesterday as headliners for Drake’s OVO Fest, adding another date to their festival run!
We sure hope OutKast joins Bottle Rock Napa this year as one of their stops, because that would be EPIC!
