Breaking News as bay area rapper Kafani is fighting for his life after being shot five times and is is hospitalized in critical condition!
Kafani ,33, was heard to be in the midst of a beef with fellow rapper Philthy Rich, filming a video for a diss track towards the rapper when he was hit.

Bay Area rapper Kafani, born Amir Rashad, was reportedly shot 5 times at 11:36 p.m. Saturday night (Sept 28) at the intersection of Seminary Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Oakland, California.
Word is, Kafani and associates were on scene shooting a rap video and were asked to stop by a passer-by, the newspaper reported. The film crew was breaking up and leaving when the man who asked them to stop shot Rashad “several times.”
It’s been reported that an unidentified man allegedly told Kafani and his entourage that they could not film at their current location, before proceeding to unload his weapon on the rapper.
Kafani was rushed to hospital, and underwent surgery for his wounds. As of the last report, the rapper was still in critical condition.
There is no evidence to support that Kafani’s feud with Philthy Rich had anything to do with the attack, but it has not been ruled out.

Two weeks ago Kafani was caught on video fighting a woman in an Oakland club, there has been no connection made to the woman or the unidentified man who shot Kafani 5 times as of yet.
