André Leon Talley Joining The Cast of Empire!!!

It appears that Empire season 2 is going to be BIGGER AND BETTER and now fashion editor André Leon Talley Joining The Cast of Empire.

Talley is expanding his brand into acting by setting to appear in Season 2 of Lee Daniels and Fox‘s Empire.

According to Entertainment Weekly, “Empire’s imprisoned patriarch Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) will get the support of a powerful real-life figure in the Season 2 premiere: fashion icon André Leon Talley will appear when the Fox hit returns on Sept. 23. He will show his support for the embattled music CEO at an epic, outdoor “Free Lucious” concert, seen in promos for the show.”

Talley joins a growing list of celebs set to appear in the highly anticipated second season, including Mariah Carey, Oprah Winfrey, Marisa Tomei, Chris Rock, Ludacris and Pitbull.

Last year, the iconic fashion editor was named fashion and style director for Will.iam and his i.am.Puls fashion bracelet. He also held positions at Numéro Russia magazine, Vogue magazine, Zappos Couture, Interview magazine and more.

Talley received an honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Savannah College of Art and Design. He is a front row regular at fashion shows in New York, Paris, London and Milan.
