Ron Burgundy is kind of a big deal! Now Ron and his news team have been immortalized in the Newseum in Washington DC.

Weeks ahead of the release of the film’s long-awaited sequel Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, visitors will get a peak into the world of Burgundy and the entire Channel 4 News team.

Want to find out more about Brick Tamland who knows Exotic Foods, Champ Kind Is Your Whammy Guy or ladies man Brian Fantana, then you can even take advantage of news history and even take home a glass for some of the finest “Scotchy Scotch Scotch.”

Here’s the drop via Today:

America‘s favorite fake anchorman is back, and starting tomorrow, the Channel 4 news team gets its own museum exhibit.

The Washington, D.C. Newseum, devoted to very serious journalism, made the wise choice to honor Will Ferrell‘s hit comedy, which gets a sequel (“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues”) next month, in an exhibit that opens Thursday.

Willie Geist checked out the scene at the “Anchorman” exhibit on TODAY Wednesday: Visitors can find lead character Ron Burgundy’s polyester suits, his jazz flute and even the whip wielded by rival newsman Arturo Mendes (Ben Stiller) during a spectacular multi-channel fight scene.

And, of course, fans of the film can try their hand at being Ron Burgundy. How did Willie do? Watch the video to find out.

‘Anchorman: The Exhibit’ opens Nov. 14 and runs through next summer at the Newseum
